Some students would rather take a more inner approach to training their bodies and minds. The Chinese Arts classes at the Futen Dojo are suited for students who want to both: move with strength & grace and breathe with mindfulness & purpose
Practicing these Chinese arts have toning effect on the body and a calming effect on the mind. Chi-Kung (Qigong), solo & partner drills, standing meditation and self defense applications, are all taught in this class. Because it is offered only one day per week, students can take either as a stand alone practice or add it to their other studies.
